He was born on 07.01.1974 in Adana Kadirli. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Adana. He graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty in 1998, worked at Osmaniye Kadirli Yukaribozkuyu Health Center between 1999 and 2000, and worked at Istanbul Üsküdar Central Health Center between 2001 and 2002. In 2002, he started his Specialization Training in Family Medicine at Istanbul Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital. After completing his specialization training in family medicine, he worked as a Family Medicine Specialist in Samsun Health Directorate between 2006 and 2007.On 24/12/2007, he started to accept patients as a Specialist Doctor (Family Medicine) at Daday District State Hospital. He was appointed as the Chief Physician of Daday District State Hospital on 15/11/2012 (According to Article 32 of the Decree No. 663). In addition to his duty as Chief Physician, he continues to examine patients in the Family Medicine Polyclinic.663).
