He was born on January 7, 1974, in Kadirli, Adana. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Adana. He graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1998. Between 1999 and 2000, he worked at the Yukarıbozkuyu Health Center in Kadirli, Osmaniye, and between 2001 and 2002, at the Üsküdar Central Health Center in Istanbul. In 2002, he began his specialization training in Family Medicine at Istanbul Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital. After completing his specialization training in family medicine, he worked as a Family Medicine Specialist at the Samsun Provincial Health Directorate between 2006 and 2007. On December 24, 2007, he started accepting patients as a Specialist Physician (Family Medicine) at Daday District State Hospital. He served as Chief Physician at Daday District State Hospital between 15/11/2012 and 26/12/2025 (in accordance with Article 32 of Decree Law No. 663).
He continues to examine patients at the Family Medicine Polyclinic of Daday District State Hospital.
